Privacy Policy is owned and operated by castLabs GmbH. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which castLabs collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the website and its sub-domains ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by castLabs under the DRMtoday name.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways in connection with activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. castLabs may collect and use User information for the following purposes:

castLabs has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Modifying your personal information

If a User has indicated that they wish to receive e-mail communications related to DRMtoday and castLabs product / service developments, their personal details will be included in a database compiled for marketing purposes. From time to time, a User may receive marketing information from us. If a User no longer wishes to receive these communications, they can unsubscribe via a link in the e-mail communication or they may contact us using the information below. Please note it may take a number of days for a request to be processed. If a User wishes to update or correct any personally identifiable information they have provided, they must contact us. If we do not hear otherwise, we will assume the information a User has provided is accurate and up-to-date and that they consent to the use and disclosure of the personally identifiable information provided to us for the purposes mentioned in this policy. If a User wishes us to remove their personal information from our systems, they must contact us with this request.
